CUCUMBER COTTAGE CHEESE BITES
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 3-4 mini cucumbers
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup Struesli Savory + Seed granola
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds by scraping the seeds out using the tip of a spoon.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese on the hollowed cucumber. Sprinkle with Struesli Savory + Seed granola and everything bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
