Enjoy this elevated smoked salmon on rye with an a nutritious dash of Savory + Seed granola. Perfect as a satisfying snack or an impressive appetizer.
SMOKED SALMON ON RYE
1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of toasted rye bread (or pumpernickel)
- 8 oz of preferred sliced smoked salmon
- 1-2 oz cream cheese
- 1 thinly sliced mini cucumber
- A few slices of red onion
- 1 heaping tbsp fresh dill sprigs
- Half of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of Savory + Seed granola
Instructions:
- Spread desired amount of cream cheese on toasted bread and arrange smoked salmon slices on each piece.
- Top with sliced red onion, cucumber, fresh dill and squeeze of lemon over top.
- Sprinkle Savory + Seed and gently press down with the back of a spoon so all the crunchy bits stay put.
