Order Processing
Orders are processed on the next business day after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $45 within the continental United States
- Orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $4.99
- Canada: All orders are subject to a $10 shipping surcharge regardless of order value
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. We do not ship internationally outside of these regions at this time.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Struesli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@struesli.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
