All Struesli purchases are backed by our 30 Day Struesli Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact support@struesli.com within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Applies to: Products purchased directly from struesli.com
  • Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange
  • Opened products: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the 30 Day Struesli Guarantee

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email support@struesli.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We may request photos or additional information to process your request.

Refunds

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or credit card provider
  • Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate based on the circumstances

Replacements

  • Shipped to the original shipping address at no additional cost
  • Subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Abuse & Fraud
