All Struesli purchases are backed by our 30 Day Struesli Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact support@struesli.com within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date
- Applies to: Products purchased directly from struesli.com
- Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange
- Opened products: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the 30 Day Struesli Guarantee
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email support@struesli.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We may request photos or additional information to process your request.
Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or credit card provider
- Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate based on the circumstances
Replacements
- Shipped to the original shipping address at no additional cost
- Subject to product availability
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact support@struesli.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We will review and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Products not purchased directly from struesli.com
Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to limit, deny, or revoke return privileges in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive claims.
