This website is operated by Grace Ryan Organics Inc. dba Struesli (“Struesli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using struesli.com (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use this Site or purchase products.

2. Products & Use

Struesli products are food products intended for general consumption.

  • You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergen information before consumption.
  • Our products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens.
  • We do not guarantee that our products are free from all allergens.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Use of our products is at your own risk.

3. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities per customer, household, or order
  • Cancel orders suspected of resale, fraud, or abuse

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a refund.

4. Pricing & Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct:

  • Pricing errors
  • Product descriptions
  • Availability issues

We may cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or information.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are processed on the next business day unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days depending on location and carrier.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

We may assist with claims at our discretion but are not obligated to replace or refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Opened products are generally not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy criteria

7. Account & Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

We may cancel or refuse orders if:

  • Information is inaccurate
  • Fraud is suspected

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site:

Struesli shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Struesli and its affiliates from any claims arising out of:

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, weather, carrier delays, or government actions.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • Arbitration shall take place in the State of Connecticut
  • You waive the right to a jury trial
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any permitted legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

17. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support communications.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Struesli regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
