FAQ | STRUESLI™ ORGANIC GRANOLA

Struesli adds flavor, crunch, and a boost of nutrition to so many different foods. And, since it doesn’t contain sweeteners of any kind, our granola lends itself to both sweet and savory uses. Keep it traditional, sprinkled on top of your fruit and yogurt bowls, add it to a salad for a boost of crunchy protein, use it as a superfood topper on baked goods, or eat it straight as a convenient on-the-go snack. Check out our recipes page for more delicious ideas.

Technically a tiny tuber (root vegetable) not a nut or a bean, tiger nuts are about the size of a chickpea but wrinkly with a chewy texture and sweet nutty flavor similar to coconut. Tiger nuts are rich in fiber, prebiotics and antioxidants. We use them to give our granola that uniquely light, crisp texture that keeps you coming back for more.
