Most conventional granolas are made with oats - not Struesli. We swapped the oats and the cheap fillers for tiger nuts, which are not a nut, bean, or a seed. Rather they are a nutritious tuber, a type of root vegetable. They are about the size of a chickpea, but wrinkly and a bit chewy in texture and they offer a sweet, nutty flavor similar to coconut. Tiger nuts are rich in fiber, prebiotics, and antioxidants. We use them to give our granola that uniquely light, crispy texture and flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

Unlike most other granolas, Struesli contains ZERO added sweeteners – no coconut sugar, white or brown sugar, honey, syrups, OR artificial sweeteners like monk fruit, Stevia, allulose, sucralose, or erythritol. Our granola gets its slight hint of sweetness from tiger nuts and unsweetened coconut flakes.

Our latest blend Struesli Savory + Seed is a seed-based, nut-free granola. Struesli products are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts.
