Banana Split Topped With Cacao & Coffee Granola

Ingredients:
- 1 banana, cut in half lengthwise
- ¾ cup Greek or dairy-free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry Sauce – see below
- 2 tablespoons Blueberry Sauce – see below
- 2 tablespoons Pineapple Sauce – see below
- 3 tablespoons Struesli Cacao & Coffee granola
- Strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple chunks
Instructions:
Place the banana in a bowl, top with 3 spoons of yogurt, top each scoop with one of the fruit sauces listed below, and sprinkle the Struesli Cacao & Coffee granola on top. Serve with fruit if desired.
🍓Strawberry Sauce
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, stirring and mashing the berries slightly. Let cool.
🫐Blueberry Sauce
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, water, and lemon juice. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries start to burst. Add maple syrup and stir. Let cool.
🍍Pineapple Coconut Sauce
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2–3 tablespoons coconut milk or cream
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
In a blender, combine pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
