Fruity Smoothie Bowl With Cashew And Vanilla Granola

Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups frozen mango chunks
- ¼ cup frozen sliced banana
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup cold water (use if needed)
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ½–1 tsp fresh grated ginger (to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup Struesli Cashew & Vanilla granola
- ⅓ cup sliced fresh strawberries
- Honey (optional drizzle)
- Sliced kiwi
- Mint sprigs or lime wedge or slice for garnish

Add mango, banana, pineapple, lime juice, ginger, and honey to a high-speed blender. Blend on low, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. Slowly drizzle in water if needed to help blend the ingredients—stop when the mixture is thick and smooth.
