Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 – 4 tablespoons coconut milk
- ¼ cup Struesli Original granola
- Papaya, scooped into balls
- Mango slices
- Kiwi slices
- Fresh mint
Instructions:
- Add bananas, frozen mango, vanilla, turmeric and 2 tablespoons of coconut milk. Blend on medium-low speed in a blender, scraping down the sides as needed, until thick and creamy. Add more coconut milk if needed.
- Spoon into a bowl and swirl with the back of a spoon. Top with granola, fruit, and mint.
