Mocha Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free certified rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
- ¾ unsweetened milk of choice
- ½ cup coffee
- 1 ripe banana, well mashed
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup Greek or dairy-free yogurt
- ¼ cup Struesli Cacao & Coffee granola
- Banana slices
Instructions:
- In a bowl or large jar, add the ingredients in order, up to and including the salt (excluding yogurt, granola and banana slices). Stir or cover the jar and shake well to combine, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Divide between two bowls or glasses, top with a dollop of yogurt, granola, and banana slices.
