Ingredients:
- ½ cup of cottage cheese
- 1 kiwi sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup Struesli Savory + Seed
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Spoon the cottage cheese onto a small plate, artfully arrange the sliced kiwi and blueberries.
- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and Savory + Seed.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
Citrus + Avocado Cottage Cheese Plate
Cottage Cheese can lean sweet or savory. In this combo there is a little bit of both and a favorite snack of mine.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup Struesli Savory + Seed
- ¼ avocado sliced
- Segments of ½ an orange or 1 clementine
- 1 chilled cooked beet quartered
- Few pinches of microgreens (or chopped fresh mint or basil)
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions:
- On a small plate spoon the cottage cheese.
- Arrange the orange, beets, and avocado.
- Top with microgreens or herbs.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with Savory + Seed.
