SPINACH AND MATCHA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1 Serving
Ingredients:
- ½ frozen or chilled banana
- ½ chilled avocado
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving unflavored collagen powder
- 2 tbsp Savory + Seed Struesli (or any Struesli blend you like)
Instructions:
- Add everything but the Struesli granola into a high speed blender. (I used a vitamix with a tamper.) This is a thick smoothie and needs some muscle but it’s totally worth it. If you like it thinner you can add more milk.
- Blend until creamy and pour into a large glass.
- Top with Savory + Seed granola. (I love having that crunch on my smoothies to feel more full and satisfied.) Enjoy!
