I love the added chewiness from the dried cranberries in these bliss bites! This recipe use unsweetened SunButter and Savory + Seed nut-free granola, so they are completely nut-free!
EASY CRANBERRY BLISS BALLS
Makes 15
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Savory + Seed granola
- ¼ cup unsweetened SunButter
- 2 Medjool dates soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
- ¼ dried cranberries (I like fruit juice sweetened)
- ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except the cranberries in a food processor and pulse until coarse.
- Add in the dried cranberries and pulse a few more times just to incorporate them but not chop them too much.
- Empty everything into a large bowl and with clean hands press together. If you have a small scoop to portion out this is handy otherwise you can form heaping tablespoon portions into balls.
- Once you’ve portioned out all the bliss bites, you can store them in a container in the refrigerator for 5 days. Enjoy!
