These vegan bliss bites are packed with two of my favorite ingredients that support brain health, Ceylon cinnamon and walnuts (walnut butter and walnuts in Struesli). I love having these in the fridge for an afternoon snack with my tea. A satisfying, healthy treat!
VEGAN WALNUT MAPLE BLISS BALLS
12 Pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ cups Struesli Original
- 2 tbsp walnut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 date softened in warm water
- 2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined but still has a little texture.
2. With damp hands shape into balls and put into the refrigerator. Don’t worry If they are a little crumbly once they chill they hold together.
3. Enjoy!
