Easy Frozen Banana Bark With Peanut Butter & Chocolate
8-10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 large bananas
- ½ peanut butter, warmed
- ⅔ cup chocolate chips + 1-2 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup Struesli Savory + Seed granola
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the banana into even pieces. Arrange the banana slices in a rectangle on the lined baking tray.
- Drizzle over your peanut butter and spread it out all over with the back of a spoon.
- Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and melt in the microwave or using a double boiler. If using the microwave, use 30-second increments, stirring in between so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
- Drizzle your chocolate all over and spread it out with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle with Struesli Savory + Seed granola.
- Place your banana bark in the freezer for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Remove from the freezer and break or cut into pieces and enjoy!
- Store any remaining pieces of banana bark in an airtight freezer container. The banana bark will keep for up to 1 month.
