Summer-Crunch-Salad Struesli

This quick and easy salad hits all the flavor and texture spots you crave. It’s crunchy, creamy, sweet, salty, and savory all in one.

SUMMER CRUNCH SALAD

1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chopped lettuce greens
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 small avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup Struesli Original
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction

Instructions:

  1. In a serving bowl, place the lettuce.
  2. Top with the blueberries, avocado, and Struesli.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over top and enjoy.
