SHREDDED FROZEN PEACH SERVED ON MASCARPONE TOAST

Prep time: 6-8 hrs to freeze peach
Assembly time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 ripe peach, frozen
- 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- A sprinkle of Struesli Original
- A drizzle of honey
Instructions:
- Place the peach in the freezer for at least 6 hours, allowing it to harden.
- Toast the sourdough bread to your liking.
- Add a generous spread of mascarpone cheese to the sourdough before grating a generous amount of frozen peach on top.
- Sprinkle Struesli Original for delicious crunch over the now shredded peach and finish the delicious toast with a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
