Cinnamon Walnut Bliss Bites

12 Pieces

1 ¾ cups Struesli Original
2 tbsp walnut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 date softened in warm water
2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined but still has a little texture.
2. With damp hands shape into balls and put into the refrigerator. Don’t worry If they are a little crumbly once they chill they hold together.
3. Enjoy!
