3 Ingredient Cookies

"I came across Mitra of Nutriholist’s “Crunchy Almond Seed Cookies” and was inspired to recreate this recipe using Struesli. I love how quickly they come together, and you could easily swap Cacao + Coffee with Struesli Original. All the nuts, seeds and good for you ingredients in one convenient package!" - Adrienne Lufkin, Struesli Founder

  • 2 cups Struesli Cacao + Coffee
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (more to taste)
  • 1 egg
  • Melted dark chocolate (optional for drizzle)

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl whisk one egg and the maple syrup, then stir in 2 cups of Struesli Cacao + Coffee.
3. Drop by large spoonful’s onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Once they cool to drizzle with melted dark chocolate of choice. (Optional)
6. Enjoy!
