Now that the mornings are getting a little cooler, I look forward to a warm and cozy meal to start my day. I almost always have a little coffee left in my french press and thought why not add a little to this grain-free and dairy-free warm breakfast bowl topped with Struesli Cacao + Coffee? Add some sliced banana, fresh berries, and a drizzle of your favorite nut butter to really keep you full all morning long.
Plant-based Coffee Flavored Chia Pudding With Granola

Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ⅓ cup brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you like it sweeter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Struesli Cacao + Coffee
- Optional: sliced banana, berries, nut butter
Instructions:
- Add milk of choice, coffee, maple syrup, chia seeds, and hemp hearts to a small pot on the stove.
- On low heat whisk together the ingredients as they come to a simmer and thicken. This will take about 5-8 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and add in the vanilla.
- Reserve the desired amount in a glass container with a lid for a chilled version tomorrow!
- Pour your warm chia pudding into a bowl and top with Struesli and optional fruit and nut butter.
Tips: Also delicious over your favorite yogurt, or add to your morning smoothie!
