Homemade No-Bake Granola Bars
6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Struesli Cacao + Coffee
- ½ cup cashew butter (nut or seed butter of choice)
- ¼ cup date paste*
- ¼ cup organic raisins (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients with spatula until well incorporated.
- Press the mixture into an 8-inch square or loaf pan mold (line with parchment paper first for easy removal).
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Lift the bars out of the mold and cut into bars. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
*If you can’t find date paste, you can make your own by blending 3-4 dates in a blender. It helps to soak the dates in warm water, then drain before blending.
