Summer Crunch Salad

This simple salad for one hits all the flavor and texture spots you crave. It’s crunchy, creamy, sweet, salty, and savory all in one. 

  • 3 cups chopped lettuce greens
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 small avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup Struesli Original
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
In a serving bowl, place the lettuce. Top with the blueberries, avocado, and Struesli. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over top and enjoy.
