With a background in crafting clean and nutrient-dense meals for clients and her personal struggles with Crohn's Disease and Migraines, Adrienne is passionate about supporting people along their health journeys. Most conventional granolas are made with oats, not Struesli! We swapped the oats and the cheap fillers for organic tiger nuts, which are not a nut, bean, or seed. Rather, they’re a nutritious tuber, a type of root vegetable that’s a potent source of prebiotic fiber and adds a delicious crispy texture and natural sweetness to our granola.
