These dessert cups feature layers of creamy yogurt and homemade chocolate chia pudding. A garnish of fresh berries and crispy Struesli finish them off with perfect crisp texture and natural sweetness.
LAYERED CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING DESSERT
4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice (we like coconut milk)
- ¼ cup black chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or more if you prefer it sweeter)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup plain, vanilla or mocha yogurt
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- ½ cup Struesli Cacao + Coffee
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the milk, chia, vanilla bean powder, maple syrup, and cocoa powder; whisk until mixed and then chill in the fridge at least 5 hours or overnight.
- To serve, divide the yogurt into 4 dessert dishes or glasses. Top the yogurt in each dish with the chia pudding, then garnish with the fresh raspberries, Struesli, and mint sprigs.
